How to pay by uploading a bank transfer slip when you can't use a card.
When to Use This
If you don't have a card, or PayHere checkout isn't working for you, you can pay by bank transfer and upload a photo of the slip instead.
This is a manual payment method — a real person reviews and approves it. It won't be instant like a card payment, so don't wait until the last minute if you're topping up before an exam.
How It Works
Make the bank transfer for the amount shown at checkout.
Upload a clear photo or scan of the bank slip in the payment screen. It's stored securely and attached to your order.
Our team gets notified immediately and reviews your slip against the transfer.
You'll be notified by email — once it's approved or declined. Approved payments credit your account automatically; declined ones will tell you why (e.g. Invalid Payment).
Tips for a Fast Approval
- Make sure the slip clearly shows the amount, date, and reference matching your order.
- Keep an eye on your Telegram/email — that's how you'll hear back, not an in-app notification.
- If it's been a while with no update, reach out via Contact Support.
