Verifying Your Email & Resetting Password
Confirming your email address and recovering access if you forget your password.
Email Verification (After Registration)
Check your inbox — After completing onboarding, PastpaperLM sends a verification email with the subject "Verify your PastpaperLM account".
Click the link within 24 hours — it expires after that.
Automatic confirmation — clicking the link activates your account right away. You'll see a success screen, then get redirected to the dashboard.
No email? Check spam/junk folder. If still missing, the 15-minute registration window may have expired — you'll need to re-register. Contact Telegram support if the issue persists.
Forgot Password / Reset Password
Go to
/forgot-password— linked from the login page.Enter your registered email and submit.
Check your inbox — If an account exists with that email, a reset link is sent. (The UI always shows success to prevent email enumeration.)
Click the link and set a new password — minimum 8 characters.
Return to
/loginand sign in with your new password.
Common Issues
| Issue | Fix |
|---|---|
| Verification link expired | Re-register (24-hour window passed) |
| No verification email | Check spam, wait a few minutes, or re-register |
| Reset link not working | Request a new link — links are single-use and time-limited |
| Don't receive reset email | The email isn't registered to any account |
