Daily Limits & Carryover

How your daily credit cap works, and which plans let unused credits roll over.

Your Daily Cap

Every plan has a daily credit cap — the most you can spend in a single day, even if you have plenty of credits left in your monthly allocation. This keeps usage predictable and stops a whole month's credits from disappearing in one long study session.

See Plans & Pricing for each plan's exact daily cap.

Carryover

Unused credits at the end of your billing cycle only roll over into the next cycle on Pro, Max, and Ultimate. Free, Basic, and Flash do not carry credits over — whatever's left resets when your cycle renews.

If rolling over unused credits matters to your study habits (e.g. you use PastpaperLM in bursts before exams), that's a reason to consider Pro or above.

What Happens If You Run Out

If you're on a paid plan and burn through your entire monthly credit bucket before your cycle renews, you are not cut off. You automatically fall back to the same daily allowance a Free user gets (Lite model only) until your next billing cycle starts.

This fallback only gives you Lite-model access, not your plan's full daily cap. If you're consistently running out early, consider upgrading a tier or topping up with PAYG credits, which never expire and don't count against your daily cap.
