Unlocking Credits & Content
Topping up credits and unlocking papers or questions.
The Key Thing to Understand
You never buy a question as a product. Every card or bank-slip payment you make in the Marketplace is, underneath, a credit purchase — the money you pay converts to real, exact credits, and unlocking the papers or questions in your cart is a perk that comes with that payment.
Unlocking only happens with a new payment. Credits already sitting in your wallet from before can't be spent on their own to unlock papers or questions.
How to Unlock Content
In the Marketplace, browse to a paper or lesson outside the free-year window (see Unlocking Past Papers & Subscriptions).
Add the questions you want to your cart. Each question costs a small fixed amount (Rs. 2 by default), shown as a running total.
Checkout — pay by card, or by bank slip if you can't use a card. Either way, you get exact credits back for what you paid, and your cart unlocks.
Unlocked questions are yours for good — no need to unlock them again.
If You Want Extra Credits Anyway
Card checkout has a minimum order size. If your unlock total is very small, you may need to add more to your cart or pay by bank slip instead.
