What Are Modules?

Subject-wise topic practice outside of full past-paper exams.

Modules let you practice one topic at a time — pulled from past papers across years. Think of it as "classified MCQs" for a single unit.

What You Get

Topic-Specific

Questions filtered to one unit (e.g., 'Mechanics')

Year Range

Set start/end year — practice only recent papers or a specific range

Configurable Timer

Set duration (default 30 min), enable/disable sound/vibration alerts

Instant Scoring

Submit → see score, time analysis, and review immediately

Entry Point

Sidebar → Modules (or Dashboard → "Module Tests" tile)

  • Subject filter defaults to your first enrolled subject
  • Search bar filters units by name
  • Grid of Module Cards — one per unit (e.g., "1. Units & Dimensions", "2. Mechanics")

Modules are not full papers. They're a pool of questions tagged to a curriculum unit, drawn from past papers across your selected year range.

Module Card

Each card shows:

  • Unit name (e.g., "Unit 8: Electrostatics")
  • Subject badge (e.g., Physics)
  • Question count — how many questions exist for this unit in the selected year range
  • "View" button → opens Module Config Modal

Module Config Modal

Before starting, you configure:

How Questions Are Sourced

Modules pull questions tagged to that unit from papers within your chosen year range.

If a unit has zero questions in your year range, the modal shows "No questions found" and you can't start. Adjust the year range.
